Answers to the most common questions about our training programs

You can register for any training program by: 1) creating an account on the platform, 2) choosing the program from the catalog, 3) choosing a suitable cohort, 4) completing the payment. After registration you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the program details.

Yes. You can register for several programs at once provided their session times do not clash. Please make sure you can meet the requirements of every program you register for.

Requirements differ from one program to another. In general you need: 1) an active account on the platform, 2) to meet the program's prerequisites (if any), 3) to pay the program fee. The detailed requirements are listed on each program page.

We offer payment by: 1) credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, mada). All payments are secured and encrypted to protect your financial data.

Yes, fees are refunded under the following rules: 1) 100% refund if cancellation is requested (10) days or more before the program starts, 2) 50% refund if cancellation is requested fewer than (10) days before the program starts, 3) no refund if the request is made (3) days or fewer before the start, or after the program has started. An approved refund is processed within (15-20) working days of approval. To request one, contact technical support and include your registration number. In-person programs are held at the university's premises with direct interaction with the trainer and trainees. Remote programs are delivered over Zoom with the same content quality and interaction. Blended programs combine both. All delivery modes award the same accredited certificate.

To receive the completion certificate you must attend at least 85% of the approved training hours. Attendance is recorded electronically in every session, and you can follow your attendance rate from your dashboard.

Withdrawal is subject to the approved cancellation and refund rules (see the fees, payment, cancellation and refund policies). A transfer to another date or program is considered depending on seat availability and the approval of the responsible unit; a transfer at no extra charge is offered if the program is cancelled by the provider. To arrange this, contact technical support and include your registration number.

The certificate is issued within 3-5 working days after the program ends and the requirements (attendance rate) are verified. You will receive an e-mail as soon as the certificate is ready to download.

Yes. All our certificates are accredited by the Research and Studies Institute at Prince Musaid Bin Abdulrahman University. Each certificate carries a unique verification number that can be checked online on the platform.

Any certificate can be verified by: 1) visiting the verification page on the platform, 2) entering the verification number printed on the certificate, 3) viewing the certificate details. This service is open to everyone.

You can recover your password by: 1) selecting 'Forgot password' on the sign-in page, 2) entering your registered e-mail, 3) opening the reset link sent to you. The link is valid for 24 hours.

To attend remote sessions you need: 1) a computer or phone with a stable internet connection, 2) a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari), 3) a headset and microphone to take part. We recommend a connection of at least 5 Mbps.
